As of the 2010 United States Census, the borough had a total population of 13,835,〔〔〔 reflecting an increase of 580 (+4.4%) from the 13,255 counted in the 2000 Census, which had in turn increased by 2,522 (+23.5%) from the 10,733 counted in the 1990 Census.〔(Table 7.
